由中國(guó)工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)協(xié)會(huì)與廣州市政府聯(lián)合主辦，廣州市從化區(qū)政府承辦的首屆世界生態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)大會(huì)將于今年12月13日-15日在廣州市從化區(qū)召開(kāi)。在大會(huì)倒計(jì)時(shí)一個(gè)月之際，我們?cè)谶@里舉辦首場(chǎng)新聞發(fā)布會(huì)，向大家通報(bào)有關(guān)籌備工作情況。

The First World Ecological Design Conference co-hosted by China Industrial Design Association and Guangzhou Municipal Government and organized by People's Government of Conghua District, Guangzhou will be held in Conghua District, Guangzhou from December 13 to December 15 this year. On the occasion of one-month countdown to the Conference, we hereby hold the first press conference to inform you about the preparatory work.

下午好。感謝各位前來(lái)參加首屆世界生態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)大會(huì)新聞發(fā)布會(huì)。下面我代表廣州市人民政府向大家介紹舉辦大會(huì)的有關(guān)情況。

Good afternoon! Thank you for coming to the press conference of the First World Ecological Design Conference. Now, I will make a brief introduction to the holding of conference on behalf of the Guangzhou Municipal People's Government.

一、關(guān)于世界生態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)大會(huì)

I. About the World Ecological Design Conference

隨著時(shí)代發(fā)展和科技進(jìn)步，以工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)為基礎(chǔ)，融合文化、環(huán)境、生態(tài)、設(shè)計(jì)成果產(chǎn)業(yè)化、商業(yè)模式的“設(shè)計(jì)+”，即生態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)已經(jīng)成為全球設(shè)計(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展潮流和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要引擎。為推動(dòng)全球生態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展，聯(lián)合國(guó)工業(yè)發(fā)展組織和我國(guó)工信部聯(lián)合發(fā)起了融合高端論壇、生態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)品牌發(fā)布、生態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)產(chǎn)品展示交易的世界生態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)大會(huì)。首屆世界生態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)大會(huì)將于今年12月13日-15日在廣州從化召開(kāi)。大會(huì)由廣州市人民政府和中國(guó)工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)協(xié)會(huì)聯(lián)合主辦，由廣州市從化區(qū)人民政府承辦，由30多個(gè)國(guó)家和地區(qū)的設(shè)計(jì)組織、院校、機(jī)構(gòu)和企業(yè)協(xié)辦。大會(huì)得到了聯(lián)合國(guó)工業(yè)發(fā)展組織、國(guó)家工信部和廣東省人民政府的大力支持。首屆大會(huì)的主題是“設(shè)計(jì)的生態(tài)，希望的田野”。今年8月初，工信部產(chǎn)業(yè)政策司、商務(wù)部財(cái)務(wù)司、聯(lián)合國(guó)工業(yè)發(fā)展組織、中國(guó)工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)協(xié)已在從化區(qū)成功舉辦大會(huì)預(yù)備會(huì)議，商定了正式大會(huì)的議程、議題等。

With the development of the times and the advancement of science and technology, the“design +” based on the industrial design and integrated with culture, environment, ecology, industrialization of design results, business model, that is, the ecological design has become the development trend of the global design industry and an important engine of economic development. In order to promote the development of the global ecological design industry, the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China jointly launched the World Ecological Design Conference integrating with the high-end forum, eco-design brand release, eco-design product display transaction. The First World Ecological Design Conference will be held in Conghua, Guangzhou from December 13 to December 15. The Conference is co-hosted by the Guangzhou Municipal People's Government and the China Industrial Design Association, organized by People's Government of Conghua District, Guangzhou, and co-organized by the design organizations, universities and colleges, institutions and companies in more than 30 countries and regions. The Conference received strong support from the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO), Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) and Guangdong Provincial People's Government. The theme of the first Conference was“The Ecology of Design, the Field of Hope”. At the beginning of August this year, the Industrial Policy Department of Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Finance Department of the Ministry of Commerce, United Nations Industrial Development Organization and China Industrial Design Association have successfully held preparatory meeting for the conference in Conghua District, and agreed on the agenda and issues of the formal conference.

二、舉辦大會(huì)目的

II. Purpose of the Conference

1.推動(dòng)生態(tài)文明建設(shè)。通過(guò)生態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)為生態(tài)文明建設(shè)提供技術(shù)實(shí)施方案和商業(yè)應(yīng)用模式，實(shí)現(xiàn)“生態(tài)產(chǎn)業(yè)化、產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)化”，在生態(tài)文明建設(shè)方面發(fā)出廣州聲音、打造廣州標(biāo)桿，推動(dòng)廣州建設(shè)成為全球生態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)策源中心和“生態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)之都”，為實(shí)現(xiàn)聯(lián)合國(guó)2030可持續(xù)發(fā)展議程目標(biāo)做出貢獻(xiàn)。

1. To promote the construction of ecological civilization. To provide technical implementation plan and commercial application mode for ecological civilization construction, to realize the"ecological industrialization, industrial ecologicalization", to issue the voice of Guangzhou and build a benchmark in Guangzhou in the aspect of ecological civilization construction, to promote constructing Guangzhou as a global eco-design source and“ecological design capital”, and to contribute to the goals of the UN 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development through the ecological design.

2.推動(dòng)實(shí)施鄉(xiāng)村振興戰(zhàn)略。通過(guò)生態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)化促進(jìn)鄉(xiāng)村振興精準(zhǔn)化，著力發(fā)展綠色、智能、設(shè)計(jì)等低碳產(chǎn)業(yè)，高質(zhì)量實(shí)現(xiàn)“綠水青山就是金山銀山”。

2. To promote the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy. To promote the targeted revitalization of rural areas, to focus on the development of low-carbon industries concerning greenness, smartness, and design, and to achieve"Harmless nature means endless treasure" at a high level through the industrialization of ecological design.

3.推動(dòng)粵港澳大灣區(qū)建設(shè)。大會(huì)的成果之一是創(chuàng)辦灣區(qū)設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)放大學(xué)，集聚千名全球優(yōu)秀設(shè)計(jì)師，助推粵港澳大灣區(qū)設(shè)計(jì)創(chuàng)新和高端人才培養(yǎng)交流，共建粵港澳生態(tài)工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)研究院等項(xiàng)目，打造灣區(qū)生態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)高地。

3. To promote the construction of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. One of the achievements of the Conference is to establish Bay Area Open University of Design[l1] , to gather thousands of outstanding global designers, to promote the design innovation and the high-end talent training exchanges of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, to co-construct Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Eco-Industrial Design and Research Institute and other projects, and to create a highland for the ecological design industry in the Bay Area.

4.推動(dòng)當(dāng)好“兩個(gè)重要窗口”。通過(guò)世界生態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)大會(huì)這個(gè)窗口向世界展示廣州改革開(kāi)放成就，也讓世界通過(guò)這個(gè)窗口觀察新時(shí)代廣州繼續(xù)深入推進(jìn)改革開(kāi)放、建設(shè)國(guó)際化大都市的偉大進(jìn)程。

4. To promote the role of being"two important windows". To show the world the achievements of Guangzhou's reform and opening up through the window of the World Ecological Design Conference, and to let the world observe Guangzhou's great process of continuously deepening reform and opening up and building an international metropolis in the new era through this window.

5.推動(dòng)落實(shí)中瑞低碳城市項(xiàng)目。大會(huì)期間將舉行中瑞低碳城市促進(jìn)中心啟動(dòng)儀式，引入生態(tài)綠色低碳循環(huán)產(chǎn)業(yè)，推廣低碳城市理念和技術(shù)。

5. To promote the implementation of China-Switzerland Low-carbon City Project. During the Conference, the launching ceremony of the China-Switzerland Low Carbon City Promotion Center will be held to introduce an eco-green low-carbon recycling industry and to promote low-carbon city concepts and technologies.

三、大會(huì)的主要內(nèi)容

III. Main Contents of the Conference

為期3天的大會(huì)將舉辦系列活動(dòng)，主要包括：

The three-day conference will host a series of events, mainly including:

1.舉辦“構(gòu)建設(shè)計(jì)生態(tài)·共創(chuàng)綠色經(jīng)濟(jì)”主論壇；

1. Host the main forum of“Build a Design Ecology&Create a Green Economy”;

2.頒發(fā)首屆TIA生態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)獎(jiǎng)；

2. Present the first TIA Eco Design Award;

3.發(fā)起生態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)從化倡議；

3. Initiate an Eco-design Conghua Initiative;

4.成立國(guó)際生態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)促進(jìn)中心；

4. Establish an International Eco-Design Promotion Center;

5.舉辦聯(lián)合國(guó)工發(fā)組織生態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)領(lǐng)軍班；

5. Organize the Ecological Design Leading Class of UNIDO;

6.舉辦低碳城市產(chǎn)業(yè)成果展；

6. Hold the Low-carbon City Achievement Exhibition;

7.舉行中瑞低碳城市產(chǎn)業(yè)合作論壇；

7. Hold China-Switzerland Low-carbon City Industrial Cooperation Forum;

8.舉行粵港澳大灣區(qū)設(shè)計(jì)教育合作論壇。

8. Hold Design Education Cooperation Forum of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area

剛才，高秘書(shū)長(zhǎng)闡述了舉辦世界生態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)大會(huì)的目的意義和大會(huì)的主要內(nèi)容，我再向各位介紹一下從化承辦本次大會(huì)的具體籌備情況。

Just now, Mr. Gao has elaborated on the purpose and significance of holding the World Ecological Design Conference and the main contents of the Conference. I would like to introduce to you the specific preparations made by Conghua for organizing the Conference.

記者朋友們可能都很關(guān)心，世界生態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)大會(huì)為什么會(huì)落戶從化？從化作為粵港澳大灣區(qū)后花園，具有得天獨(dú)厚的的條件。可以說(shuō)，從化，是舉辦世界生態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)大會(huì)的理想之地。

Dear reporters, you may be concerned about why the World Ecological Design Conference is settled in Conghua. As the back garden of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, Conghua has advantaged conditions. It can be said that Conghua is the ideal place for hosting the World Ecological Design Conference.

其一，從化生態(tài)資源豐富。從化物華天寶、人杰地靈，是馳名中外的溫泉旅游勝地和全國(guó)聞名的荔枝之鄉(xiāng)，素有“北回歸線上的明珠”和“廣州后花園”之美譽(yù)。從化森林覆蓋率高達(dá)68.9%，廣州“母親河”——流溪河流經(jīng)全境，北回歸線穿越其間，四季溫潤(rùn)。得天獨(dú)厚的亞熱帶陽(yáng)光和溫帶雨水滋養(yǎng)出眾多聞名中外的生態(tài)景觀：被譽(yù)為“嶺南第一泉”的從化溫泉，水質(zhì)晶瑩，無(wú)色無(wú)味，是與瑞士達(dá)沃斯溫泉齊名的世界珍稀含氡小蘇打溫泉；流溪河國(guó)家森林公園和石門(mén)國(guó)家森林公園，古樹(shù)參天，風(fēng)景如畫(huà)；特別是荔枝、龍眼、黃皮等嶺南佳果名滿天下、暢銷(xiāo)海內(nèi)外。從化的自然生態(tài)賦予了從化四季美景，春日桃花，夏季佳果，秋天紅葉，冬有寒梅，是名副其實(shí)的生態(tài)之城。改革開(kāi)放40年以來(lái)，伴隨波瀾壯闊的中國(guó)城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程，從化區(qū)的發(fā)展也日新月異，從籍籍無(wú)名的偏僻小城變成了今日宜居宜業(yè)宜游的現(xiàn)代化城區(qū)。特別是2016年以來(lái)，為加快將綠色生態(tài)優(yōu)勢(shì)轉(zhuǎn)化為富民興村優(yōu)勢(shì)，加快實(shí)現(xiàn)“農(nóng)業(yè)強(qiáng)、農(nóng)村美、農(nóng)民富”的發(fā)展目標(biāo)，從化區(qū)正式啟動(dòng)了特色小鎮(zhèn)的規(guī)劃建設(shè)工作，蓮麻小鎮(zhèn)等已取得了良好的經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)效益。以生態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)大會(huì)為基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)的全國(guó)首個(gè)生態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)小鎮(zhèn)正是從化特色小鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)又一個(gè)典范。

First, Conghua is rich in ecological resources. As a favored place for producing natural treasures and outstanding people, Conghua is a famous hot spring resort and famous hometown of Litchi in China. It enjoys the good reputation as"The Pearl on the Tropic of Cancer" and"The Back Garden of Guangzhou". Conghua has the forest coverage of 68.9%. The"Mother River" of Guangzhou--Liuxi River passes through the whole territory of Conghua. The Tropic of Cancer passes through it, with warm and humid seasons. The unique subtropical sunshine and temperate rain nourish many famous Chinese and foreign ecological landscapes: Conghua Hot Spring, known as"the first spring in Lingnan", is a world-famous rare radon-containing baking soda hot spring with crystal water, colorless and tasteless, as famous as the Davos Hot Spring in Switzerland; Liuxi River National Forest Park and Shimen National Forest Park have the towering old trees and picturesque scenery. In particular, litchi, longan, clausena lansium and other fruits in the south of the Five Ridges are famous all over the world and are popular both at home and abroad. Conghua's natural ecology has endowed Conghua with four beautiful seasons, peach blossoms in spring, good fruit in summer, red leaves in autumn and cold plum in winter. It is a veritable ecological city. Since the reform and opening up 40 years ago, along with the magnificent process of urbanization in China, the development of Conghua District is also changing with each passing day from the obscure remote town to a modern city suitable for living, industry and tourism. Especially since 2016, in order to speed up the transformation of the green ecological advantages into the advantages of enriching the people and revitalizing the villages, and to accelerate the realization of the development goals of"strong agriculture, beautiful countryside and rich farmers", Conghua District officially launched the planning and construction of characteristic towns. Lianma Town and other towns have achieved good economic and social benefits. The first eco-design town in China built on the basis of the World Ecological Design Conference is another model for the construction of small characteristic towns in Conghua.

其二，從化具有當(dāng)好“兩個(gè)重要窗口”的獨(dú)特條件。在舉辦世界生態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)大會(huì)的良口鎮(zhèn)區(qū)域，還有從都論壇和香港賽馬會(huì)兩個(gè)重要項(xiàng)目，加上世界生態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)大會(huì)，將構(gòu)成我區(qū)推進(jìn)新時(shí)代改革開(kāi)放再出發(fā)的重要平臺(tái)。從都論壇是國(guó)際高端交流平臺(tái)、香港馬會(huì)是粵港澳大灣區(qū)項(xiàng)目、生態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)大會(huì)是國(guó)際高新技術(shù)發(fā)展平臺(tái)，三個(gè)項(xiàng)目互相呼應(yīng)、相互補(bǔ)充、相互融合，將極大推動(dòng)廣州北部發(fā)展。

Second, Conghua has the unique conditions of being"two important windows". In Liangkou Town, where the World Ecological Design Conference will be held, there are other two important projects as Imperial Springs International Forum and Hong Kong Jockey Club. Together with the World Ecological Design Conference, they will constitute an important platform for Conghua District to push forward the reform and opening-up in the new era. Imperial Springs International Forum is an international high-end exchange platform; Hong Kong Jockey Club is a project of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area; and the World Ecological Design Conference is an international high-tech development platform. Mutually echoed, complemented and integrated, the three projects will greatly promote the development of northern Guangzhou.

其三，廣州是中瑞低碳城市項(xiàng)目五個(gè)合作城市之一，作為廣州的生態(tài)屏障，從化有責(zé)任和能力通過(guò)生態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)的力量打造出低碳城市的典范。而且，從化地處粵港澳大灣區(qū)腹地，緊鄰工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)發(fā)達(dá)的深圳、東莞、佛山等制造業(yè)基地，具有生態(tài)與工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)融合發(fā)展的優(yōu)勢(shì)。

Third, Guangzhou is one of the five cooperative cities of China-Switzerland Low-carbon City Project; as the ecological barrier of Guangzhou, Conghua has the responsibility and ability of creating a model of low-carbon city through the power of ecological design. Moreover, Conghua is located in the hinterland of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and is close to Shenzhen, Dongguan, Foshan and other manufacturing bases with developed industrial design. It has the advantage of integration of ecological and industrial design.

其四，生態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)大會(huì)會(huì)場(chǎng)本身是生態(tài)、低碳的模板。大會(huì)會(huì)場(chǎng)是在舊的良口鎮(zhèn)綜合農(nóng)貿(mào)市場(chǎng)基礎(chǔ)上改造的，沒(méi)有增加1平方米的用地，完全是對(duì)廢舊建筑的活化利用。會(huì)場(chǎng)建設(shè)采用了從化出產(chǎn)的竹子、瓦片等本土生態(tài)材料，還運(yùn)用了太陽(yáng)能發(fā)電等的低碳環(huán)保技術(shù)，結(jié)合生態(tài)低碳理念，建筑形態(tài)與周邊的山、水、林、田、村融為一體。灣區(qū)設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)大學(xué)等項(xiàng)目也是在舊廠房、舊學(xué)?；A(chǔ)上改造建設(shè)的。引入的服務(wù)機(jī)器人、智能平衡車(chē)、生物光源等產(chǎn)業(yè)也都是綠色、低碳、智能的生態(tài)產(chǎn)業(yè)。

Fourth, the conference site of the World Ecological Design Conference is a template of ecology and low carbon. The conference site is rebuilt on the basis of the old comprehensive farmer’s market in Liangkou Town. With no land added, it was completely the activated utilization of waste buildings. The construction of the conference hall has applied the local ecological materials such as bamboo and tiles produced in Conghua and the low-carbon environmental protection technologies such as solar power generation, etc. Combined with the ecological and low-carbon concept, the architectural form is integrated with the surrounding mountains, water, forests, fields and villages. Bay Area Open University of Design and other projects are also rebuilt on the basis of old factories and old schools. The service robots, intelligent balance vehicles, Bio-Light sources and other industries introduced are also green, low-carbon and intelligent ecological industries.

目前，在市政府的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下，我區(qū)會(huì)同中國(guó)工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)協(xié)會(huì)正有序推動(dòng)大會(huì)的各項(xiàng)籌備工作。

At present, under the leadership of the Guangzhou Municipal Government, Conghua District, together with the China Industrial Design Association, is promoting the preparations for the Conference in an orderly manner.

大會(huì)會(huì)場(chǎng)建設(shè)已完成90%，預(yù)計(jì)11月25日完工，投入測(cè)試運(yùn)行。周邊配套建設(shè)的生態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)大道、灣區(qū)設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)放大學(xué)、民居外立面整飾等項(xiàng)目均在緊張施工，預(yù)計(jì)11月底全部完工。

The conference site has been completed up to 90%, and is expected to be finished on November 25 for trial operation. The surrounded supporting ecological design roads, Bay Area Open University of Design, the decoration of the exterior facade of the residential buildings and other projects are all under intense construction and expected to be completed by the end of November.

大會(huì)會(huì)務(wù)籌備有序推進(jìn)。已經(jīng)取得了大會(huì)批復(fù)，中國(guó)輕工業(yè)聯(lián)合會(huì)已下發(fā)《關(guān)于同意舉辦“首屆世界生態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)大會(huì)”的批復(fù)》，并對(duì)出席外賓進(jìn)行了資格審查。制定了大會(huì)方案，明確了大會(huì)的目標(biāo)任務(wù)、日程安排、具體分工等內(nèi)容，并成立首屆世界生態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)大會(huì)指揮部，下設(shè)7個(gè)專(zhuān)項(xiàng)工作組。目前相關(guān)小組已正式開(kāi)陣相關(guān)工作。啟動(dòng)了志愿者招募。根據(jù)大會(huì)安排，將統(tǒng)一招募、培訓(xùn)200多名志愿者，目前正開(kāi)展報(bào)名篩選工作。其它會(huì)場(chǎng)布置、大會(huì)宣傳、展覽展示等相關(guān)工作正有序推進(jìn)。我區(qū)有信心和能力把首屆世界生態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)大會(huì)辦好、辦精、辦出成效。

The Conference will be prepared in an orderly manner. With the approval of the Conference, the China Light Industry Council has issued the Reply on Approving the"First World Ecological Design Conference" and has conducted a qualification review of foreign guests. The Conference Scheme has been formulated to clarify the target tasks, schedules, specific division of labor, etc. of the Conference. The headquarters of the First World Ecological Design Conference has been established, with seven special working groups. At present, relevant groups have officially started related work. The construction of ecological civilization is not only the national strategy, common topic of global development, but also the mainstream of the world's design industry. Located in the ecological core of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, Conghua is the ecological source of Guangzhou-Shenzhen Science and Technology Innovation Corridor, which gathers the design, R & D, experience and sales of eco industry here. 1.2018年9月，首屆生態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)大會(huì)國(guó)際嘉賓邀請(qǐng)工作正式啟動(dòng)以來(lái)，得到了聯(lián)合國(guó)工業(yè)發(fā)展組織、世界設(shè)計(jì)組織、歐洲設(shè)計(jì)協(xié)會(huì)等國(guó)際組織的支持。截至2018年11月，已邀請(qǐng)到來(lái)自全球30多個(gè)國(guó)家和地區(qū)的重要國(guó)際嘉賓，其中來(lái)自各國(guó)政府、生態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)組織、設(shè)計(jì)院校以及相關(guān)企業(yè)等的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)及代表。

1. Since the Invitation for International Guests of the First World Ecological Design Conference was officially launched in September 2018, it has been supported by the United Nations Industrial Development Organization, the World Design Organization, the Bureau of European Design Associations and other international organizations. 1.依托國(guó)際生態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)促進(jìn)中心，以灣區(qū)設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)放大學(xué)為基礎(chǔ)，由聯(lián)合國(guó)工發(fā)組織于大會(huì)期間將舉辦一帶一路生態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)領(lǐng)軍人才班，來(lái)自亞太地區(qū)13個(gè)國(guó)家的近50位聯(lián)合國(guó)駐地代表、各國(guó)國(guó)家部委高級(jí)別領(lǐng)導(dǎo)及其相關(guān)企業(yè)高層管理人員組成。

1. Relying on the International Eco-Design Promotion Center and based on the Bay Area Open University of Design, the United Nations Industrial Development Organization will organize the Belt and Road Eco-design Leadership Talent Class during the Conference, including nearly 50 United Nations resident representatives from 13 countries in the Asia Pacific region, high-level leaders from various national ministries and senior managers from related enterprises.

2.積極落實(shí)中國(guó)—瑞士低碳城市合作項(xiàng)目。從化區(qū)人民政府、中國(guó)工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)協(xié)會(huì)與瑞士設(shè)計(jì)協(xié)會(huì)就共同合作，促進(jìn)中瑞兩國(guó)工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)和生態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)合作，將在大會(huì)期間簽署《中瑞設(shè)計(jì)合作協(xié)議》。共同打造“一校、一院、一園區(qū)”的城市低碳產(chǎn)業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)生態(tài)鏈，包括：共建中瑞城市低碳產(chǎn)業(yè)園；共建立粵港澳生態(tài)工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)研究院；共建灣區(qū)設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)放大學(xué)等一系列合作。

2. Actively implement the China-Switzerland low-carbon city cooperation project. The People's Government of Conghua District, China Industrial Design Association and Swiss Design Association will sign the China-Switzerland Design Cooperation Agreement during the Conference on co-operation, so as to promote cooperation between China and Switzerland in industrial design and ecological design. Urban low-carbon industrial design ecological chain of"one university, one institute, on park" shall be jointly created, including co-constructing the China-Switzerland City Low-carbon Industrial Park, co-constructing Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macau Eco-Industrial Design and Research Institute and co-constructing Bay Area Open University of Design and a series of cooperation.

3.積極投入粵港澳大灣區(qū)的建設(shè)；世界三大著名灣區(qū)如紐約、東京與舊金山即是科技中心也是設(shè)計(jì)中心，通過(guò)大會(huì)致力打造大灣區(qū)設(shè)計(jì)中心。

The Bay Area Open University of Design to be opened has gathered Eindhoven University in Holland and other Design Institutes of universities at home and abroad to run school here and to create the educational alliance for jointly cultivating the innovative entrepreneurship talents. --Object is the platform of the whole ecological design system, which will issue and create a series of platforms and infrastructures such as International Eco-Design Promotion Center, Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Eco-Industrial Design Research Institute, Eco-Design Museum (On-line and Off-line Creative Mall) and China-Switzerland Low Carbon Industry Center, etc. We should adhere to industry first, actively draw lessons from Switzerland's advanced experience in low-carbon city construction, and create Conghua's new images of innovation, beauty and ecology. The Conference will issue the first four major industrial groups settled: smart agriculture group (drinkable pesticides, precision UAV plant protection system), smart balance vehicle industry group, bio-light industry group and design industry group.

我們?yōu)槭裁匆鲞@個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)放大學(xué)，因?yàn)榻裉斓膭?chuàng)新僅僅靠學(xué)科是不行的。今天已經(jīng)處在跨學(xué)科、跨文化、跨領(lǐng)域的時(shí)代。就像蘋(píng)果手機(jī)一樣，你說(shuō)它是設(shè)計(jì)師做出來(lái)的還是IT呢？還是電子電路都不是。所以今天我們傳統(tǒng)的教育已經(jīng)跟我們生態(tài)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展已經(jīng)有點(diǎn)沖突，所以我們急需要做一個(gè)跨學(xué)科、跨領(lǐng)域、跨文化的這個(gè)人才的平臺(tái)，能不能把不同人聚集在一起讓他們互相碰撞，產(chǎn)生全新的火花，就是這樣的一個(gè)目的。我們?nèi)绾蝸?lái)運(yùn)作呢？為了這個(gè)事情我們成立一個(gè)300多所高校的設(shè)計(jì)教育分會(huì)，大部分高校都在這個(gè)版圖里面，所以我們要把中國(guó)最大的一個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)教育的分會(huì)秘書(shū)處也要落在我們的從化。然后我們來(lái)領(lǐng)選，目前已經(jīng)初步達(dá)成協(xié)議的有8所高校， 我們8所高校是多點(diǎn)對(duì)多點(diǎn)，四所國(guó)內(nèi)的優(yōu)秀大學(xué)，四所在國(guó)外的，大家彼此合作通過(guò)1+1的雙master，就是一年在從化一年是歐洲，他可以拿兩個(gè)學(xué)習(xí)的master。

The reason for us to establish the Open University of Design is that it is not feasible to make innovation just through subjects. Today is an interdisciplinary, cross-cultural and cross-disciplinary era. Like an iphone, is it made by a designer or IT? Is it electronic circuit? None of them. Today, our traditional education has been in conflict with the development of our ecological industry. Therefore, we urgently need to build an interdisciplinary, cross-disciplinary and cross-cultural platform to gather talents together for new inspiration. How do we operate it? We have set up branches of design education in more than 300 colleges and universities. Most colleges and universities are in this territory, so we need to put the Secretariat of one of China's largest design education branches in our Conghua. Then we will make choice from them. At present, there are eight universities that have reached preliminary agreements, eight of our universities are multi-point to multi-point, such as four excellent universities in China and four overseas universities. 就是這樣來(lái)培養(yǎng)所謂的跨文化、跨學(xué)科，然后這里有技術(shù)的，比如說(shuō)像浙江大學(xué)，然后還有國(guó)外的還有歐洲的埃因霍溫理工大學(xué)，如果大家知道埃因霍溫理工大學(xué)你就一定會(huì)想到飛利浦，因?yàn)轱w利浦和埃因霍溫理工大學(xué)聯(lián)手把埃因霍溫的科技園打造成了歐洲的硅谷。所以這是一個(gè)非常重要的案例，所以我們也希望要做這樣一個(gè)事情。那目前的研究生招生畢業(yè)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)都是各個(gè)學(xué)校把握，我們這里在從化只是創(chuàng)新的做了教育聯(lián)盟，其實(shí)它就是新時(shí)代的西南聯(lián)大。把這個(gè)培養(yǎng)過(guò)程，就是把設(shè)計(jì)的、藝術(shù)的、商業(yè)的、用戶的、文化的不同學(xué)科的學(xué)生放在一個(gè)課堂里面，我們?cè)趺瓷险n呢？三個(gè)月有教授、有專(zhuān)家、有金融家、有投資商，你所有的東西都放到里面我們就路演，如果你覺(jué)得值得投資我們就給你投資，如果你不行對(duì)不起你就回去，找你老師，老師給你一個(gè)分?jǐn)?shù)。所以我們完全我們既沒(méi)有挑戰(zhàn)現(xiàn)有的高等教育體制，同時(shí)對(duì)現(xiàn)有的高等體制做了一個(gè)有益的補(bǔ)充，所以這樣。那么今天我們第一期首期的50個(gè)學(xué)生這個(gè)月底即將進(jìn)駐我們從化，大概就是這樣。

We just made some innovation to establish an educational alliance in Conghua. In fact, it is the southwest United University in the new era. The process of cultivation is to put students of different disciplines such as design, art, business, user and culture in one classroom. How do we teach them? In the three-month learning, professors, experts, financiers and investors will participate in. We will have a road show if you have exerted all your abilities; we will make investment if you think it's worth investing; if you cannot do anything, you will be asked to go back or we will ask a teacher to give you a score. So we have completely not challenged the existing higher education system, but also made a useful supplement to the existing higher education system. This is the case. 其實(shí)很簡(jiǎn)單世界生態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)大會(huì)永久落戶從化應(yīng)該說(shuō)是時(shí)代的選擇。第一個(gè)中瑞低碳城市產(chǎn)業(yè)2016年4月，習(xí)近平總書(shū)記見(jiàn)證了《廣州市人民政府與瑞士發(fā)展與合作署關(guān)于中國(guó)-瑞士低碳城市項(xiàng)目合作備忘錄》的簽約。我們廣州市是溫市長(zhǎng)代表廣州市簽約。那么這個(gè)協(xié)議就是明確重要中瑞低碳城市項(xiàng)目落在從化。我想瑞士和廣州市政府一定是經(jīng)過(guò)慎重的考慮。瑞士有非常好的，這個(gè)低碳發(fā)展城市產(chǎn)業(yè)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，然后從化有非常好的生態(tài)的環(huán)境，那么兩個(gè)結(jié)合在一起就一定會(huì)打造成美麗的鄉(xiāng)村的建設(shè)，和美麗的產(chǎn)業(yè)同等發(fā)展，這種一定對(duì)中瑞以及對(duì)鄉(xiāng)村振興起到很好的推動(dòng)的作用，所以中瑞低碳城市產(chǎn)業(yè)已經(jīng)明確落在這里，這是國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略項(xiàng)目的選擇。

I think Switzerland and Guangzhou Municipal Government must have make considerations carefully. Switzerland has a very good experience in developing urban industries with low carbon. Conghua has a very good ecological environment. So combining these two will certainly create the construction of beautiful villages. With the same development as the beautiful industry, this must play a very good role in promoting the development of China and Switzerland and the rural areas. Therefore, the China-Switzerland Low-carbon City Industry has clearly landed here, which is the choice of national strategic projects.
